Basic principles in the process of Recruiting
The best use of recruiting software is to cut down the cost for HR team. Fetching the perfect suitable talent and organizing the employees… this is how recruiting starts. You should be well-versed about the business activities and you will be responsible for the everyday activities of the department.
There are few techniques I have prepared for a lucid and efficient way the show you the path for recruiting the efficient individual.
1. Job Vacancy:
Recruiting processes in some companies are handled by HR team where in certain companies, the Operations manger or head of the department would handle the task. So, one has to decide as to who would be handling the Interview process. Usually HR handles the task as he is trained in hiring and recruitment and once if he handles the task, the Interviewee has to undergo certain number of Interview processes.
2. Salaries or Pay stubs:
This is one of the prime factors one has to decide before he offer a job. Review and assess how much a company can bear the employees salary. The salary differs from Fresher to Experienced. You need to have a proper sketch of these differences.
For example: The expectations of a employee who is worth considered or most experienced, any others who are under the same responsibilities and whether you can meet your budget to afford them. If not all these, incase if you have a HR Department, then they can efficiently handle this task and can become a great help for you.
3. Promoting the requirement
The best way to gather the efficient candidates for the suitable requirement is to advertise that requirement through available sources such as posting the requirements in Job portals, Newspapers, Electronic media, Brochures and of course person to person. One can hire the recruiter for the recruitment incase if you find it hard to select the efficient or skilled person in minimum time. But review if any current employ of your company have that skills for the same requirement before your campaign the concerned requirement.
As mentioned above, we should not forget our current working employees in the company and try to promote them for the position as part of Appraisals. Most of the positions in the company are also filled by reference provided by the employees working currently. So, one can fill the positions by employee referral as well.
Now - a - days we see many companies hiring separate software to track the flow of Resumes and split and assemble them in order as per the requirement. This is widely used in many hiring companies and other corporate offices. So the best advised method is to setup separate units which can help resolve this issue.
